Membership is valid for 24 months (2 years) after the date of transaction (i.e. valid from 2/1/2024 to 2/1/2026), unless account balance is updated before the expiration date.

After 2 years, the membership expires. The remaining amount is converted to store credit, and the membership benefits do not apply to this credit. This credit, however, can be used toward a new membership to update an existing membership.

You can update your membership in increments of $1,000 (i.e. $1,000, $2,000, $3,000), and the expiration date will be updated (24 months) to reflect the date of this transaction.

You must maintain a minimum balance of $100 in your membership account to be able to update and replenish your membership balance as described above. If the balance dips below $100, the membership expires and cannot be updated (must start a new membership, minimum $3,500).

No refunds or exchanges.

Purchased memberships can only be used by registered members.

Valid only at registered clinic.

Gifts Cards cannot be purchased using Clear Laser Membership.
